Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the order type.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Customized or engraved products
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
